TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SUNSILK Sway it to Win it Promo

1. Promo Overview
   
   
   • The Sunsilk Sway It to Win It Promo is a consumer promotion designed to reward shoppers for purchasing participating Sunsilk products. Consumers who buy ₱250 worth of participating Sunsilk SKUs and upload their receipt through the GCash Scan2Win platform can instantly win GCash rewards and earn a raffle entry for a chance to win exciting grand raffle prizes: 
     • PHP 50,000 cash prize – 5 winners
     • Apple Ecosystem: consisting of (1) 13-inch Macbook Neo 256gb, (1) Magic Mouse (White), (1) Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, (1) Airpods 4 all worth worth P72,000 – 1 winner
     • A trip to Korea for three (3), worth PHP 380,000.000 – 1 winner
        
2. How to join
   
   
   • Buy at least PHP 250 worth of participating Sunsilk products in a single receipt from a participating retailer.
   • Open the GCash app and access the Scan2Win mini program, then select the Sunsilk “Sway It to Win It” campaign.
   • Agree to the applicable campaign Terms and Conditions in the GCash app.
   • Upload a clear and readable photo of your receipt through the campaign page.
   • Valid Receipt Requirements: A valid receipt must come from a participating retailer, show at least PHP 250 worth of participating Sunsilk products in a single receipt, be dated September 2, 2026 to December 2, 2026, be clearly readable, and must not have been previously uploaded or used in the campaign.
   • Non-Participating SKUs: Any new products launched by Sunsilk from September onwards (i.e. Sunsilk Anti-Hairfall System Plus)
      
3. Promo Period and Coverage
   
   
   • Promo Period: Sep 2, 2026 to Dec 2, 2026.
   • Only receipts dated within the Promo Period and sent to the Sunsilk GCash Scan2Win page within the Promo Period will be accepted. The promo is valid only at participating retailers and only for participating products, which do not include new products launched from September 2026 onwards, in our approved mechanics, which you may see in our FAQs.
      
4. Eligibility
   
   To join, a participant must:
   • Be at least 18 years old;Have an active GCash account;
   • Present a valid receipt from a participating retailer; and
   • Comply with all promo requirements and validation rules.
      
5. The promo is not open to:
   
   Employees of Unilever Philippines, Sun Reachers, Inc. through its divisions PubU and Digitas, and Cognitive AI; all elected or appointed government officials, employees of public agencies or state-owned corporations; and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
   
   
6. Instant GCash Vouchers
   

   A total of 500,000 instant GCash vouchers will be awarded during the Promo Period on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 500,000 valid receipt photos successfully processed.

   • Each successful valid receipt upload earns one (1) instant GCash voucher and one (1) raffle entry. 
   • The GCash voucher denomination is randomly assigned by the platform. 
   • Each participant may upload a maximum of five (5) valid receipts per day. 
   • If all allocated GCash vouchers are fully awarded before December 2, 2026, the Sunsilk “Sway It to Win It” campaign in the GCash Scan2Win mini program may be closed early, and no further receipt uploads or raffle entries will be accepted. Official announcements on usage/consumption of available vouchers will be made through Sunsilk Philippines’ official promotional channels so consumers are updated real time. An available voucher counter will be present on the campaign page on the GCash platform.
      
7. Grand Raffle Entries and Schedule
   
   
   • All valid non-winning raffle entries from earlier rounds automatically carry over to succeeding raffle rounds for prizes not yet awarded.
   • A participant may win only one (1) grand raffle prize during the Promo Period.

8. Redeeming Instant GCash Vouchers
   
   Once your receipt is successfully processed in our promo’s GCash Scan2Win page, a reward with your GCash voucher will appear and will be available for claiming within the next 60 days. Tap “Claim Now,” follow the on-screen steps, and claim the voucher into your personal GCash wallet. Earned vouchers will be available for claiming following these details as long as Sunsilk’s Sway It to Win It promo page is available & live on the GCash Scan2Win mini program.
   
   
9. Winner Notification and Verification
   
   
   • All grand raffle winners are provisional until they successfully complete validation.
   • Provisional winners will be notified through their GCash account’s registered mobile number and/or email address used for the promo.
   • Grand raffle winners will also be announced on Sunsilk Philippines’ official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, subject to completion of validation requirements.
   • A provisional winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours from receipt of notification.
   • Provisional winners must complete submission of documentary requirements and other prize claiming requirements within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification, unless a different prize-specific period is expressly stated.
   • Documentary Requirements: A provisional winner may be required to present a valid government-issued ID, proof of purchase, proof of winning notification, and a signed prize acceptance and waiver form.
   • If a provisional winner fails to respond on time, fails to submit complete requirements, is found ineligible, or fails validation, the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible backup winner, subject to the same validation and verification process and applicable FDA rules and regulations.
      
10. Prize-Specific Claiming Rules

    PHP 50,000 Cash Prize
    

    • The prize consists of PHP 50,000.00 cash, net of applicable taxes, which shall be shouldered by the Promo Organizer.
    • To claim the cash prize, the winner must submit proof of ownership of the nominated bank account or approved payout channel.
    • The cash prize shall be released via manager’s check within ninety (90) working days after completion of documentary requirements.
    • This prize is not transferable and not convertible to any other form of prize.

    Apple Ecosystem (1 winner) worth P72,460.00

    This Apple Ecosystem prize consists of 4 items: (1) 13-inch Macbook Neo worth Php47,990.00, (1) Magic Mouse (White) worth Php4,490.00, (1) Magic Keyboard with Touch ID worth Php8,490.00, and (1) Airpods 4 with noise cancelling worth Php11,490.00, net of applicable taxes, which shall be shouldered by the Promo Organizer. Product descriptions of these inclusions below:

    1. The 13-inch Macbook Neo will be color “blush” and will have a processor of Apple A18 Pro chip with 6‑core CPU and 5‑core GPU, memory will be 8GB and storage of 512 GB. It will also have up to 16 hours of battery life
    2. Magic Keyboard (USB-C) with Touch ID (2024) comes with a USB-C charging cable
    3. White Magic Mouse (USB-C) comes with a USB-C charging cable
    4. AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation. When Active Noise Cancellation is enabled, get up to 4 hours of listening time on a single charge and up to 20 hours using the case. And you can get up to 30 hours of total listening time without Active Noise Cancellation enabled. In the box, it comes with Charging Case (USB-C) with speaker Documentation (no USB-C charging cable).

    7-Day Trip to Korea for Three (1 winner), worth Php 380,000.00

    • The prize consists of a Trip to Seoul, South Korea worth PHP 380,000.00, net of applicable taxes and travel agency fees, which shall be shouldered by the Promo Organizer. The prize consists of the following: three (3) economy airline tickets to Seoul, South Korea, pocket money worth PHP 90,000.00 (or PHP 30,000 per person), and 6 nights 7 days (1) hotel room accommodation at a hotel selected by the sponsor - and shall be transferred completely to the recipient. Consequently, the recipient and his/her 2 companions are solely responsible for obtaining their own passports, VISAs and other necessary personal documents for the trip.
    • The primary prize includes airfare and accommodations for three (3) people. Travel arrangements shall be coordinated with Synchronize11 Production Inc. and its appointed travel agency.
    • Upon completion of the documentary requirements, the winner shall be issued the appropriate prize documentation or other equivalent document by Synchronize11 Production Inc., confirming the winner’s entitlement to the travel prize.
    • This prize is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
    • The winner must schedule and complete travel within one (1) year from receipt of the appropriate prize documentation issued by Synchronize11 Production Inc.
    • If the winner is unable to travel to South Korea due to visa issues or other travel limitations, the winner may opt to travel to another destination, provided that the total value of airfare, accommodations and pocket money shall not exceed Php380,000.00, and that the same is till within the one (1) year time period allocated. Should the prize winner decide to opt for another travel destination, the request should be done within 14 days after the announcement of winners, before the schedule trip. Otherwise, winning will be forfeited.
    • Expenses beyond the approved prize value, as well as all costs not expressly included in the final prize package, shall be borne by the winner.
    • Unilever Philippines will not assist or be involved in the winner’s visa application. The winner shall be responsible for securing all required travel documents prior to travel.
    • If the winner fails to finalize travel arrangements and complete travel within one (1) year from receipt of the appropriate prize documentation, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible backup winner, subject to the same validation and verification process and applicable FDA rules and regulations.

11. Raffle Draw Process

    The raffle draws shall be conducted virtually, in the presence of a representative from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through a custom-built randomizer. Backup winners will also be drawn for each round in case the originally drawn winner is disqualified, fails to respond within the prescribed period, fails validation, or fails to complete the required documentary requirements. All decisions of Unilever Philippines, Inc., with the concurrence of the FDA representative, on raffle conduct, eligibility, validation, disqualification, and prize awarding shall be final, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Invalid Entries and Disqualification
    
    
    • Entries submitted by persons below 18 years old or without an active GCash account.
    • Receipts from non-participating retailers or receipts showing less than PHP 250 worth of participating Sunsilk products.
    • Duplicate receipts or receipts previously uploaded to the campaign.
    • Receipts dated outside Sept. 2 to Dec. 2, 2026.
    • Unreadable, incomplete, altered, tampered, falsified, or fraudulent receipts.
    • Entries that fail platform or manual validation.

    • By participating in the promo, each participant confirms that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agrees to the applicable privacy terms and processing of personal data for purposes related to the promo.
