It’s a promo where eligible buyers of participating Cream Silk products can get one (1) instant GCash voucher and one (1) raffle entry to grand prizes after successfully taking a photo of a valid receipt through the promo’s Scan2Win page on the GCash app.
The promo runs from May 19, 2026 to August 19, 2026. Only receipts dated and uploaded within this period will be accepted.
The promo is available only at the selected participating stores below. Please note that purchases from e-commerce or sari-sari stores are not eligible for the promo.

- Buy at least PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products in a single receipt from a participating retailer.
- Open the GCash app.
- Go to the Scan2Win mini app.
- Select the Cream Silk “Conditioned to Win” campaign tile.
- Upload a clear photo of your valid receipt.
When taking a photo of your physical purchase receipt using our GCash Scan2Win page, ensure that your photo is clear and shows the following:
- Store name (usually at the top)
- Cream Silk products purchased
- Price of each Cream Silk product – which should total to at least ₱250 to be eligible for our promo
- Receipt date & time (usually at the bottom)

Your receipt must:
- Come from a participating retailer (see list in Q3)
- Show at least PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products (see list in Q4) in one single receipt
- Be dated within the promo period
- Be clear and readable
- Not have been previously used to claim rewards for our promo
Also, multiple receipts cannot be combined per upload to reach the minimum Php250 purchase requirement. The minimum purchase should be met in each single-receipt purchase.
You may take a photo of a maximum of three (3) valid receipts per day using our promo’s GCash Scan2Win page.
Each successful valid receipt upload earns one (1) instant GCash voucher. Voucher amounts are randomly assigned by the platform.
A total of 500,000 instant GCash vouchers are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 500,000 valid receipt uploads successfully processed.
The available voucher amounts are:
- PHP 20
- PHP 50
- PHP 100
Your upload must be both valid and part of the first 500,000 successfully processed uploads for you to receive a voucher.
Once your receipt is successfully processed in our promo’s GCash Scan2Win page, a reward with your GCash voucher will appear on the page. Tap “Redeem,” follow the on-screen steps, and claim the voucher into your personal GCash wallet.
Once all 500,000 GCash vouchers are claimed, you will not be able to receive any more instant GCash vouchers as prizes. Don't worry, though—any qualifying receipt submitted after that will still qualify you for the Grand Raffle until August 19, 2026.
Each successful valid receipt upload gives you one (1) raffle entry for the applicable grand raffle draw.
If you do not win in an earlier round, your valid non-winning entry will automatically carry over to the next raffle round for prizes that have not yet been awarded.

Provisional winners will be notified through their GCash account’s registered mobile number and/or email address, which would be the ones used during their promo participation. Grand raffle winners will also be announced on Cream Silk Philippines’ official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, subject to validation.
No. A participant may win only one (1) grand raffle prize during the entire Promo Period.
If you win, you will first be considered a provisional winner until you complete validation.
You must:
- respond within seventy-two (72) hours from notice, and
- complete the required documentary and prize claiming requirements within the required period
You may be asked to provide:
- a valid government-issued ID
- proof of purchase
- proof of winning notification
- a signed prize acceptance and waiver form
If you do not respond or submit the requirements on time, you may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible backup winner.
PHP 100,000 Cash Prize:
How will I receive the PHP 100,000 cash prize?
The cash prize is net of applicable taxes, which will be shouldered by the Promo Organizer. It will be released via manager’s check within ninety (90) working days after completion of documentary requirements.

Trip to Paris for One (1):
How does the Trip to Paris prize work?
- The primary prize includes airfare and accommodations for one (1) person. After documentary requirements are completed, the winner will receive prize documentation confirming the travel entitlement. Travel arrangements will be coordinated by Synchronize11 Production Inc. and its appointed travel agency.
- If you are unable to travel to Paris due to visa issues or other travel limitations, you may choose another destination, as long as the total value of airfare, accommodations, and pocket money does not exceed PHP 300,000.00, and the trip is completed within one (1) year from receipt of the prize documentation.
- Unilever Philippines will not assist in the visa application. The winner is responsible for securing all required travel documents before travel.

Tesla Model 3 Car:
How does the Tesla prize work?
The Tesla prize is net of applicable taxes, which are shouldered by the Promo Organizer. The winner must complete the requirements for vehicle transfer and registration.
The vehicle is expected to arrive approximately 2 to 3 months after ordering.
Unless otherwise stated by the Promo Organizer, costs related to:
- registration
- LTO charges
- insurance
- delivery
- charger for installation
- other incidental expenses
shall be shouldered by the winner.
A connectivity fee is included in the prize package. Premium connectivity is complimentary for the first 30 days. Any subscription costs beyond the 30-day period will be shouldered by the winner.

- Receipts dated outside May 19, 2026 to August 19, 2026
- Unreadable, incomplete, altered, tampered, falsified, or fraudulent receipts
- Entries that otherwise fail platform or manual validation
Yes, as long as your receipt photo is valid and is included in the first 500,000 valid receipt photos successfully processed by our promo’s GCash Scan2Win page.

- Cream Silk Conditioned to Win Promo 2026 is a digital instant rewards promo with grand raffle draws. Eligible participants who purchase at least PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products from selected participating retailers and successfully upload a valid receipt through the GCash app may receive one (1) instant GCash voucher and one (1) raffle entry, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Promo Period and Coverage
- Promo Period: May 19, 2026 to August 19, 2026.
- Only receipts dated within the Promo Period and sent to the Cream Silk GCash Scan2Win page within the Promo Period will be accepted. The promo is valid only at participating retailers and only for participating products in our approved mechanics, which you may see in our FAQs.
- Eligibility
To join, a participant must:

The promo is not open to:

- How to Join
- Buy at least PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products in a single receipt from a participating retailer.
- Open the GCash app and access the Scan2Win mini program, then select the Cream Silk “Conditioned to Win” campaign.
- Agree to the applicable campaign Terms and Conditions in the GCash app.
- Upload a clear and readable photo of your receipt through the campaign page.
- Valid Receipt Requirements: A valid receipt must come from a participating retailer, show at least PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products in a single receipt, be dated May 19, 2026 to August 19, 2026, be clearly readable, and must not have been previously uploaded or used in the campaign.

A total of 500,000 instant GCash vouchers will be awarded during the Promo Period on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 500,000 valid receipt photos successfully processed.

- If all allocated GCash vouchers are fully awarded before August 19, 2026, the Cream Silk “Conditioned to Win” campaign in the GCash Scan2Win mini program may be closed early, and no further receipt uploads or raffle entries will be accepted. Official announcements on usage/consumption of available vouchers will be made through Cream Silk Philippines’ official promotional channels so consumers are updated real time. An available voucher counter will be present on the campaign page on the GCash platform.
- Grand Raffle Entries and Schedule
- All valid non-winning raffle entries from earlier rounds automatically carry over to succeeding raffle rounds for prizes not yet awarded.
- A participant may win only one (1) grand raffle prize during the Promo Period.

- Redeeming Instant GCash Vouchers
- After a valid receipt is processed and approved, a reward notification will appear in the campaign.
- Tap the “Redeem” button beside the earned GCash voucher.
- Follow the on-screen steps to claim the voucher into your GCash wallet.
- Claimed vouchers may also be viewed in the campaign dashboard in GCash.
- Winner Notification and Verification
- All grand raffle winners are provisional until they successfully complete validation.
- Provisional winners will be notified through their GCash account’s registered mobile number and/or email address used for the promo.
- Grand raffle winners will also be announced on Cream Silk Philippines’ official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, subject to completion of validation requirements.
- A provisional winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours from receipt of notification.
- Provisional winners must complete submission of documentary requirements and other prize claiming requirements within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification, unless a different prize-specific period is expressly stated.
- Documentary Requirements: A provisional winner may be required to present a valid government-issued ID, proof of purchase, proof of winning notification, and a signed prize acceptance and waiver form.
- If a provisional winner fails to respond on time, fails to submit complete requirements, is found ineligible, or fails validation, the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible backup winner, subject to the same validation and verification process and applicable FDA rules and regulations.
- Prize-Specific Claiming Rules
- PHP 100,000 Cash Prize
- The cash prize is net of applicable taxes, which shall be shouldered by the Promo Organizer.
- The winner must submit proof of ownership of the nominated bank account or approved payout channel.
- The cash prize shall be released via manager’s check within ninety (90) working days after completion of documentary requirements.
- This prize is not transferable and not convertible to any other form of prize.
- Venue of Prize Claiming: Synchronize11 Production Inc., 61 Nueva Viscaya St., Barangay Sto. Cristo, Quezon City.
- Trip to Paris for One (1), worth PHP 300,000.00
- The prize is net of applicable taxes, which shall be shouldered by the Promo Organizer.
- The primary prize includes airfare and accommodations for one (1) person.
- Travel arrangements shall be coordinated with Synchronize11 Production Inc. and its appointed travel agency.
- The winner will be issued appropriate prize documentation confirming entitlement to the travel prize.
- This prize is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
- The winner must schedule and complete travel within one (1) year from receipt of the appropriate prize documentation.
- If the winner cannot travel to Paris due to visa issues or other travel limitations, the winner may choose another destination, provided the total value of airfare, accommodations, and pocket money does not exceed PHP 300,000.00 and remains within the same one (1) year period.
- Expenses beyond the approved prize value, and costs not expressly included in the final prize package, shall be borne by the winner.
- Unilever Philippines will not assist in the winner’s visa application. The winner is responsible for securing all required travel documents prior to travel.
- If the winner fails to finalize travel arrangements and complete travel within one (1) year, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible backup winner.

- A connectivity fee is included in the prize package. Premium connectivity is complimentary for the first 30 days only; any subscription cost beyond this period shall be shouldered by the winner.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Promo Organizer, costs related to registration, LTO charges, insurance, delivery, charger for installation, and other incidental expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.

- Raffle Draw Process
- The raffle draws shall be conducted virtually, in the presence of a representative from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through a custom-built randomizer.
- Backup winners will also be drawn for each round in case the originally drawn winner is disqualified, fails to respond within the prescribed period, fails validation, or fails to complete the required documentary requirements.
- All decisions of Unilever Philippines, Inc., with the concurrence of the FDA representative, on raffle conduct, eligibility, validation, disqualification, and prize awarding shall be final, unless otherwise required by law.
- Invalid Entries and Disqualification
- Entries submitted by persons below 18 years old or without an active GCash account.
- Receipts from non-participating retailers or receipts showing less than PHP 250 worth of participating Cream Silk products.
- Duplicate receipts or receipts previously uploaded to the campaign.
- Receipts dated outside May 19, 2026 to August 19, 2026.
- Unreadable, incomplete, altered, tampered, falsified, or fraudulent receipts.
- Entries that fail platform or manual validation.
