Terms of Use for Cream Silk AI Hair Expert Machine

The AI Hair Expert Machine is a virtual holistic assessment that uses AI analysis to understand your hair needs. Your picture is analyzed using artificial intelligence and then, based on your hair care routine, you will be provided with results and a personalized program.

The tool is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be used for other purposes.

  

2. DISCLAIMER

The AI Hair Expert Machine is intended to provide general hair care advice and product recommendations and is for information only. This tool is not intended, and should not be relied upon to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. It should not be relied for any medical purpose. If you have any medical concerns about your hair, please talk to a medical professional.

The results are for strictly indicative only, and they may vary depending on each individual’s hair and the quality of the incoming image and the lighting conditions.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee your entire satisfaction with the advice that results from the use of the AI Hair Expert Machine. 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any use you make of this tool.

 

3. YOUR USE OF THE AI HAIR EXPERT MACHINE

The use of the AI Hair Expert Machine is intended for persons over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use the AI Hair Expert Machine only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in relation to the AI Hair Expert Machine.  

By using the AI Hair Expert Machine, you agree: (1) to use the AI Hair Expert Machine for its intended purposes only: to receive personalized advice and recommendations related to our products; (2) to upload or take photos of yourself only and under no circumstance upload or take photos of third-parties without their consent; (3) not to use the AI Hair Expert Machine to conduct illegal, immoral or hateful activities; (4) not to attempt to compromise the security of the AI Hair Expert Machine or access confidential information related to the service; and (5) not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the AI Hair Expert Machine or any part of it. 

 

4. DATA PRIVACY  

Your picture collected through the AI Hair Expert Machine is only used to perform hair analysis and provide results and is deleted automatically post analysis. We may collect additional information, such as your name, contact information, social media handle, and/or email address, if you consent to receive marketing communications within the experience. We will also collect some technical information, like your IP address, automatically to provide the service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AI Hair Expert Machine and each of the elements it comprises (i.e., brands, images, texts, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. No use, reproduction or representation of the AI Hair Expert Machine (in whole or in part), on any media whatsoever, for any other purposes, including, but not limited to, commercial purposes, shall be authorised. 

As of the effective date of these Terms of Use, subject to compliance with the terms hereof. We hereby grant you on a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the AI Hair Expert Machine, during the period of use of the AI Hair Expert Machine, exclusively for private use.

 

6. THIRD PARTIES 

Our service is powered by a third-party service provider and other third-party AI technologies and AI systems including LLMs. Third party services and/or any output generated from them are subject to their own terms including acceptable use policies and we are not responsible for them. The AI Hair Expert Machine may provide links to other websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for your convenience only, and we are not responsible for their use, effect, or content. 
 

7. AVAILABILITY 

This AI Hair Expert Machine is provided on an “as is” “where is” basis. We expressly reserve the right to modify, add or delete individual or all AI Hair Expert Machine functionalities without notice, or to discontinue the AI Hair Expert Machine temporarily or permanently and we provide no guarantee for the uninterrupted accessibility of the AI Hair Expert Machine.
